  • All units have been tested twice to ensure your unit will function as it should. Firstly, units were tested full functionally at manufacture, and Secondly, units were tested fully functionally at the Sydney showroom and workshop.
  • A full 12-month warranty is in effect from the original date of purchase when purchased.
  • If you do encounter a problem, contact us through message, and our customer service will guide you through it, most of the time just because customers are not familiar with the units’ settings. Please Note: For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. If the buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, the item will NOT be accepted.
  • Buyers are responsible for sending the product to us and paying any shipping charges to us. Also, the buyer is responsible for the cost of removing and refitting the product.
  • 12 month  warranty only covers new products purchased from us.
  • We exclude pre-owned, display and ex-demonstration products and accessories not originally supplied by us.
  • The warranty covers all labour and parts needed to fix the problem, covering the postage to return your product.
  • You must provide suitable proof of purchase for the product, including a copy of the original invoice showing the purchase date, name and I.D.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage, severe moisture or electrocution due to a static short circuit.

A. Customer Support hours run Monday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm PST. We respond to most tickets within 24 hours, but can sometimes take up to 48 hours or more especially around a holiday.
